The Foyer Rural de Ramatuelle Yoga Section offers 1h30 yoga classes, suitable for all levels.
All year round, every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, these sessions will offer you a space for well-being and progress, with respect for your body and breath.
Equipment: Mats, straps, bricks and cushions available.
