La Vitrine des créateurs - François Fenoll (Idéelumineuse)

An original ephemeral boutique to discover in the heart of the village.

- Originally from Pas de Calais, François Fenoll arrived in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez in 1985. An insurer for 30 years, he sold his agency and his favorite hobby became his main activity.
He hunts, recycles and gives a second life to forgotten objects, often loaded with memories. He chooses his pieces with great care and invents unique luminous creations. In each object, he seeks out and finds the aesthetic detail that will trigger our emotion and fascination. A parking meter, a Vespa handlebar, a tractor grille, a coffee grinder... In his workshop, François Fenoll's creative genius gives life, light and poetry to all these objects, which he likes to call emotion diffusers.
Based in Cogolin, his workshop is located on rue Pisan, and François Fenoll's creations are regularly exhibited in Ramatuelle, Saint Tropez, Tourtour, Geneva...
Each piece is unique.

On the linocut side, I adopted this multi-step technique in 2017, which suits my multitasking temperament. On the sculpture side, since 2021, the design of my small aluminum foil and paper clay subjects has captivated me and is slowly evolving.
- Frédéric Lefol:
For the past ten years or so, I've devoted myself to drawing and painting in my studio in the heart of the village of La Garde Freinet.
I'm more of a draughtsman than a painter, but I'm a maker of images filtered from certain influences.
As a finishing touch, I always add a touch of nostalgia.
